Delaware Space Grant annually grants awards to highly qualified undergraduate students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and geography who are currently attending a DESGC Consortium institution. Tuition awards are up to $5,000 per student, and all recipients must be US Citizens. Applications are open in the Fall of each year. Fellowships provide stipends of $31,000 to highly qualified graduate students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics who are currently attending a DESGC member institution. 2025 NASA EPSCoR CAN Research Award
Congratulations to Professor Matthew Oliver (Science PI) and Professor Jonathan Cohen (Co-I) from UD’s School of Marine Science and Policy on the submission of a successful proposal in NASA’s national competition! The proposal, Advancing oceanographic retrievals and interpretation for NASA airborne LiDAR systems, was selected by NASA for an award of $749,785.
